Nizoral overload?

Hey all. On the back of the Nizoral bottle under directions it says "Use every 3-4 days for up to 8 weeks or as directed by a doctor. Then use only as needed to control dandruff." I've been using it about 3-4 times a week since December, so should I start letting up on it and rotating it with something like T-Gel? If so, what is a good schedule on which to rotate between the two shampoos? I've had no problems from Nizoral, but am just wondering whats good practice for long term use of this shampoo.
