Nizoral Head Tingling/heat Sensitive Questions

Im on 4+ months of finasteride (1mg/day)...also a bit over 1 year for rogaine (1x/day) and nizoral 1% ket...all is going well, but i have to use nizoral like 1 to 2 times per day to keep the heat sensation/tingling at bay around my horseshoe area...anyone else using nizoral this much? Or any better solutions? Different ket brsnd?
