Nizoral every day??

Hello guys!

Can we use Nizoral every day??? I also have the TSAL conditionner from Neutrogena, woud it be better to use it after Nizoral or if it's better not use Nizoral every day then use TSAL after normal shampoo in the day off.

Short answer for the lazy, don't use nizoral every day.
You're really being hard on your hair assaulting it every day with all those chemicals...
