Nizoral application

On my nizoral days I shampoo with T/Sal and then rinse and towel my hair.
Then I apply nizoral and leave it on for about 7-10 mins.

No irritation or dryness.
Could this do more harm than good?

I do pretty much the same but I see no reason to dry my hair in between.

I wash with T/Sal (T/Gel with salicyclic acid in the UK) rinse then lather the Nizoral in and let it cook for 5-10 minutes (2-3 songs on the radio).

Dr Lee goes one satge further and mixes the two active ingredients in Nizoral and T/Sal together to make his 'regrowth shampoo'.

(Hijacking my own thread)

Ty,

I just started on MSM too today.
How did you decide dosage? Any clues? Has it helped you?(if you can tell that is)

Reccommended range on the side of the bottle 1g - 6g.

I have used it before and noticed my hair growing faster (noticably) my nails growing faster and stronger (without a doubt) and my hair becoming slightly darker.

most products absorb better if the scalp is wet (which is why they say don't put minoxidil on a wet scalp).

it must be the same for nizoral surely, the wetter the scalp the better the absorbtion

Indeed random.

But is that a comment on the fact that I towel my hair before Nizoral application? My scalp is wet and the ketoconazole concentration with extra water removed should be higher, shouldn't it?

My thought was that toweling would make nizoral more potent.
