Do you guys who are on Regaine/Rogaine have any issue with Nizoral? I don't use Regaine as of yet, but I was on Nizorelle which was fine at slowing up hairloss, but Nizoral has really increased my loss ten fold. I don't get why Nizoral is so hyped up, when it's been the worst move for me over last month or two... Anyone have a better shampoo to go with the Regaine?

How often are you using nizoral ?
You should nizoral 3x a week max and leave it on for 3-5 minutes. I totally makes my hair dry and look flat for the day (I don't use it when I have a date that evening, that's for sure) but it's slowed my hairloss.
Since it's one of the few things us hair regrowers can get easily in Canada I embrace it.

Thank you for your replies guys, I use every 3 or 4 days maybe, sometimes 5, because I hate what it does to my hair, and I really don't feel it's helping at all, whereas the 1% probably did. Just wondered if any of you people use a 1% Keto and where and what it is?
