i just had a question for you guys regarding nisim and nizoral. up until last week, i've been using nisim shampoo twice daily. The instructions on Nisim say to use it twice everyday. In the beginning, I used to use it 4/5 times a week for a bit and I noticed my hair loss getting a bit worse. I know its not likely, but do you guys think theres a possibility using the shampoo but not twice daily can have an adverse effect? The thing is I want to add nizoral shampoo to my regimen, and I would like to start rotating the two, using each shampoo three times a week. Do you guys recommend I do this or shoudl I just stick with the nisim twice daily. thanks.

Nisim = just another shampoo.

Don't use it as you would Nizoral.. which you should use 2 - 3x weekly.. rather use Nisim just because you like the way it makes your hair look/feel.

Don't fall into the nisim trap. When i first started loosing hair i tried nisim. It's basically a waste of money, time and hair. Although it is a nice shampoo it won't do anything for hairloss.
Also, don't take the rinse wash repeat until your hair stops falling out advice, which they preach on the nisim forum. The SLS in the shampoo will most likely fry your hair and give you major dandruff.

I also used Nisim as a first step and really regret it now as my hair just kept getting worse. Get on the serious treatments and forget the nisim.
