Hehe.. the reason you aren't getting much of a response is probably because the nomenclature differs from nation to nation.
I suspect that the nizoral A-D contains 1% ketoconazole, as the 1% that is sold without prescription in the states is labeled "A-D" as well.
The plain "Nizoral" is probably 2% ketoconazole... which folks in the US don't see, because here 2% Nizoral is only available with a prescription, but is sold over the counter in Canada and UK.
