nizoral 1% or 2%

i am on the the big three and as for the nizoral i am on 1% over the counter blue bottle now, should i have the derm prescribe the 2%?

I've read 1% has been shown to be equally effective for hairloss.
I use 2%, but I don't think it matters that much.
