Nizoral 1 or 2 % really a difference?

He guys,

I'm using nizoral 2% 5/6 weeks and got some pain on my head on several places. I don't know if it's from Telogen Effluvium nizoral 2% but does
it hurt if i switch now to a 1%? maybe nizoral 1% or something else with ketoconazol 1%? Is there a difference?

You only need to use the 2% about twice a week. It even says on the bottle every 3-4 days. nizoral is not intended for everyday use even the 1%. Another suggestion is to go out and get a good moisturizing conditioner to use after nizoral because it will dry up your hair.
