Hey there I have nipple tenderness on the left side, how common is this symptom? Is it likely I will develop Gyno? My mother had breast cancer does does taking propecia but me more at risk to inherit it?

Hey there I have nipple tenderness on the left side, how common is this symptom? Is it likely I will develop Gyno? My mother had breast cancer does does taking propecia but me more at risk to inherit it?

I need to mention that it's only tender if I prod it otherwise I can not feel it if I rub around that area.
