newbie question about minoxidil

if i am only going to choose one or the other (at least for now) should it be minoxidil or finasteride?

and if i go on minoxidil, since my thinning is the whole top of my head and not just the crown, would i cover my entire top of head with it? is that a good idea?

Take the 2 for faster and optimal results. Add Nizoral also if you can. You have to pay to play.

I recommend starting with finasteride then adding minoxidil 6 months down the line.
That way you cans ee how well you respond to finasteride.

Starting both together means you won't know if you respond better to one or the other
