Hey everybody. I've been losing hair since I was around 15 or 16 though I didn't take any notice til some way through 16. At the moment I'm not sure what regimen I should be on. Being the age that I am I'm not exactly well-off so it could be a little hard for me to try and attain some of the stuff.

My baldness is at my temples. I've had a bout an inch in recession from the hairline so far, and my hair on top is starting to get a bit thinner and shorter.

At the moment I'm tempted to try out some Revivogen. However I've heard of good results from finasteride and the like. Would it be possible to use both together? What can people recommend to me?

Also It'd be greatly appreciated if you could suggest where I could buy these products. It's important that they ship to the UK though!

Thanks in advance.

i would reccomend the big three like I'm on. its probably the best thing you can do next to adding dutasteride which could or could not be better for you. Start off with nizoral shampoo, propecia, and rogaine. If you want to protect your hairline and maintain it definitely use propecia to block dht and spironolactone 5% to block over build up of testerone in the front of the scalp due to the propecia and also to block the dht in that area.

later on if you don't see results or good enough results than you can start trying other products and adding stuff to your regime. But most likely you will have good success with the big three if you stick with it religiously for about a year.

also you can try to add some other stuff to like MSM or Saw palmetto. Its worth a try but definitely add MSM because it makes your hair grow faster and thicker but make sure you take it with vitamin C. Also cut the sugar out of your diet and start drinking a lot of water.

good luck

Do a search on the website to see where you can get proscar(to divide in 5 so u get 1 mg of finasteride).

Get foam on Ebay if ure outside US or UK.

Only start Dutasteride if after 1 year of those treatements u don't see any results.

I'm confused. You're saying I should try propecia, rogaine and nizoral? Also try msm + spironolactone at the same time? thats 5 things geez! I have heard good things about this msm though, so maybe its worth getting.

EDIT: Also what would you recommend. 1MG or 5MG? I'm seeing brands for generic finasteride that are cheaper and are 1MG.

well i said definitely the big three. the spironolactone and msm are just recommendations from me. And if money is a problem then proscar split up would be a good idea for you because propecia 1mg gets pretty expensive. msm is pretty cheap and can be found in a walgreens or something.

Noto, you're British right? An Derbyshire GP called Dr John Ashcroft can prescribe you Proscar (same active ingredient as Propecia, but at 5mg dose instead of 1mg, so cut it into 1/5s or 1/4s) for the princely sum of £8 per month (£120 for 15 months supply).

Unlike others GPs whom seem to know very little about Propecia/Proscar and male pattern baldness in general, Dr Ashcroft has been on Propecia longer than I have, knows a great deal about it, and can help you by answering any questions you have via a phone consultation.

In the consultation he will inform you about the use of the drug and assess whether or not you are a potential candidate.

Tel: 07971472823

email: jsashcroft@doctors.org.uk

If you don't want to approach a doctor at all then order from http://www.unitedpharmacies.com or http://www.inhousepharmacy.co.uk

Msm is good for hair health but it dont do sh*t for m.p.b. Also I'd be worried about putting a 17yr old on the meds.

Give a shot at finasterid(proscar pills divided in 5) after consulting a dermatologist.

Then try rogaine if after 6-8 months you see no change.
