New to hairloss. {pic inside} what should i do?

Best thing to do is start using the "Big 3"
1) Finasteride (Propecia, Proscar, Finpecia, Fincar, etc) - to stop your hairloss from getting worse.
2) Minoxidil (Rogaine, Spectral DNC) - Rogaine Foam is considered to be the best way of regrowing the temple areas
3) Nizoral - (1% or 2%) - Inhibits DHT
Try these first for 6 months, then you can add other products if you like.
Good luck.
By the way, your hairloss isn't that bad.

if i dont use propecia n the pills and i just use Spectral DNC and Nizoral you think i could regrow the temple n sides??

Hard to say. There have been some people who post results with JUST rogaine and some are impressive. However, unless you deal with the DHT in your system, you're going to continue to lose hair. Rogaine is just a growth stimulant, it doesn't keep DHT from attacking your hair follicles. Nizoral is a mild anti-androgen but it probably isn't strong enough to keep DHT at bay all by itself.
If you're really worried about Propecia, try using topical spironolactone or fluridil or some other anti androgen. The top and back of your head may be thick now, but the DHT in your system will most likely thin these areas out as well eventually.
