New to Hair Loss- please help

So I bought Rogaine foam- 5% minoxidil. It says to only use if you're thinning hair at the vertex. Is there anything you can use for the front of your head? I understand there isnt much you can do for the hair line but what about the top of your head? Would Rogaine just make your hair fall out? I guess I want to know if I should just sell this stuff or if it will be beneficial.

Just because the package says it's only for the top of your head, doesn't mean it won't help your hairline. I think they say that because the clinical studies were only documented for the vertex. The hair follicles are all the same, all over your head.

However, I have heard MANY complaints about how difficult it is to rescue your hairline. Some people have reported that it made it worse, and that after the shedding happened it never grew back. Good luck!
