Im 22 and just recently realized im thinning out on the back of my head, but I have noticed small amounts of shedding for almost 2 years. I know that sounds stupid, but I cant see the thinning spots unless I use 2 mirrors and no one has ever said anything about it until recently. So I started using rogaine foam and nizoral 1% Shampoo. Im at the 2 week point and I still am shedding more than usual which is really discouraging. I know its supposed to happen in the first few weeks, but I guess I am just panicking.
Can anyone give me any feedback on this initial shedding? Rogaine says to expect in 1-2 weeks, but I was just wondering if that means around 2 weeks the shedding will almost completly stop or if you will continue to shed a good amount afterwards.
I know there might be better options out there to regrow hair, but to be honest regrowing hair would just be a bonus, I just want to stop losing what I got.
