new poster....quick question

Mmmm...right, have read a lot of posts in the last couple of days and about to start a regime.
I am a lot older it seems than a lot of the guys on here at 44 so was lucky to have most of my hair until my mid 30's. However.....

I have white bald skin now at the crown and temples...is it too late, am i wasting my time by using Rogaine, are those skin areas now unretrievable with treatment.

Any info gratefully received.

it wont be worthless using rogaine because you never know what you may be able to do

he is quite the responder but you dont know whatll happen til you try

also,you should use propecia to maintain what hair you do have left as im sure you would like to at least stop the balding


there is something called 'the big three' which is basically the 3 best treatments

nizoral 2% shampoo-use 2-3 times a week
rogaine foam 5%
propecia (active ingredient finasteride ,there are many generic cheaper versions out there)

using these should at least maintain your hair and possibly regrow some
