well, it wont give you more hair, and it wont maintain hair, but for those of you considering stepping up to the plate, and getting the old shave, consider this. it will give you more coverage and will be cost effective.

shave your head. go to the tattoo parlor, and tell them to match your stubble color. get them to fill in the spots that bother you with dots consistant to the rest of your hair. that way, you can have the "cool" bald look, with a 5 oclock shadow like vin diesel, and you can fool everyone that you just like the look, compared to shaving it because you were balding. then when you actually reach the goal of "being bald enough for the doctors to make a sizable profit", go get your transplant on top of your tattoo. tell them to follow the outline.

heres something to think about though. a woman with DD tits can walk into a doctors office and ask for a GG cup size because she wants to feel better about herself. without an argument, the doctor hooks her up with tits she didnt need.

a man who just wants to feel good about himself because he is losing something that IS important to appearance, can only get surgury done if he is practically bald. not minding that some may want to cover up as they go, so that the transition isnt obvious to everyone, and not minding that watching the hair dissapear to that point has got to be psychologically imparing to those people. be a human instead of a money grubbing doctor, and realize that its not just the thought of going bald that attributes to people feeling bad about themselves, but also the idea that every day might be worse then the other when it comes to how much your hair is going to show that you are balding.

I don't beleive this to be true....I think most would do just the opposite and turn her away.

Again...I think the doctor is looking at the bigger picture. In a year from now that "touched up" area is most likely going to look like a little island of hair.....SO get it touched up again.....then in another year same thing happens. IF you keep going like this your donor area is going to be full of scar tissue......THe true money grubbing doctor is the one who takes in a patient that does not need the the surgery. Not the doctor that turns him away.....just my opinion
