New hair or miniaturized hair

Hello Gurus,

I have just joined this forum and had a quick question for some of you hair gurus here... i have a attached a picture of my scalp and would like to know your thoughts whether the tiny hair you see are miniaturized or new hair growth?

I have been using minoxidil and propecia for close to 3 months now. Please let me know since i am getting cuirious
