I stared a regimen in early Feb of minoxidil 5% foam and Nizoral 2-3 times a week. Pretty much since I've started this I've had very dry skin around and my eyebrows my eyebrows are flakey. It was small at first but now it is progressing to the point where is becoming noticeable. I put the minoxidil on with gloves and make sure it doesn't get on my face so I don't think that is causing it. I also switched from Nizoral to Regenepure thinking it was less harsh and drying.
My only guess is it's the Keto in the shampoos? It got a little better since he switch but I don't understand why this is happening. Is there anyone out there who had a similar experience and/or has tips to help?
I would be really bummed out to stop either the minoxidil or the shampoo because I had a pretty big shed and my doctor said he thinks I am responding well to treatment.
