I’m in the UK I’ve recently become more and more aware of My hair receeding at the front .

10% Minoxidil in 5% Azelaic acid – 1ml applied topically morning and night
Herbal capsules – 3 x 1 per day each with food. Milk Thistle, Zinc and Saw Palmetto
DHT blocking shampoo and cream – every day
Finasteride taken 1mg/day
