I think that is the guy in India. On other hair sites people say it is a scam and it looks like a scam. Some have said that they tried to get a refund and couldn't. I would stay away from it.

Be cautious of everything that doesn't have legitimate independent studies behind it. Proof is what matters, not claims. If they can provide scientific proof of effectiveness, go for it.
