neutrogena t-gel stubborn anti-itch shampoo

I have been using this for few months or so. I wanted to write this before. This shampoo has menthol. You can feel it after using this. More so than even tricomin spray.

I wet my hair, shampoo, wash my hair, towel-dry it. Apply prox-N or minoxidil after this.
I have to tell this after doing this many times I can safely say that I feel the products absorbing much better if I had shampoed with t-gel with menthol.

try this shampoo, apply prox-N or minoxidil immediately after towel-drying. Let me know if you feel the same.

hairhair, you are welcome. I bought this in walgreens. 6$ or so for a bottle (probably 8 oz or more).
There is a shampoo by head&shoulders also with menthol.
I am guessing that menthol penetrates better in a wet scalp and somehow helps the topicals applied later to penetrate better.
I might be wrong and hence I want to know of others opinion.
But the difference in the feeling is very significant to treat it as a placebo.
