Hey folks, I started using Rogaine 5% foam once daily over 6 months ago. I have used Hims shampoo for over a year, and started using Nizoral a couple of months ago. Currently, I alternate daily between Nizoral and the Hims shampoo because it seems like Nizoral is kind of harsh on my hair. That said, I have noticed no changes from what I have been doing.
Should I just start using Nizoral every day and drop the Hims? Or keep alternating, but replace Hims shampoo with something else? Also, do yall recommend the Rogaine foam or should I try the liquid?
Lastly, the conditioner I have been using for awhile now is called Silk18. It is all natural oils and I like it. Seems to work well. However, I am open to suggestions on changing that if you have any.
I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me what a typical routine is for starting out to see what works. I feel like I am all over the place now.
