Im not a newbie when it comes to forums and know that the first thing to do is use the "search" option and also research.... Well I did but couldn't find the answer to this:

What's "finasteride" and what's the best place to buy it from ( do I need prescription??)

You need a prescription. Go see your doctor and talk with him about your hairloss.

If your GP is a **** like mine and you haven't got €250 spare to see a trichologist to be told what you already know, I'm in that situation, then find a reputable online website, hopefully your doctor understands as mine, like I said, is an unsympathetic nob head who said "there is nothing you can do, it's natural".

I expected no less from someone rocking a horseshoe the past 15 years. (He's only 45 so he lost it very very early).

finasteride is Finesteride, a molecular name of the active ingredient that works in treatment. You can use online pharmacies to get generic Proscar 5mg and cut it in 4 pieces and use it four times longer-it is really cheap. I wanted to send you personal message for good pharmacies I know for sure but doesn't look like I have option to send you a PM.
