hi i want to start using peppermint oil on my scalp to try and put some health back into my scalp.
Does anyone have any arvice on how i make a mix to apply and massage into scalp? Ive read i can put few drops into coconut oil but that seems like it would be a nightmare to wash out of hair after as its very thick and gunky.
Also read jojoba oil (forgive spelling) is a good option. Any advice on mix ratios or other carrier oils gladly received! I basically want a mixture i can make there and then and massage into scalp, leave for while in evening and wash out later. Nothing too gunky as i dont want oily hair after shampooing. More of a scalp cleanse than hairloss treatment.
