Need shampoo suggestions... PLEASE.

Preferably something you have done decent research on..

I know nizoral is one.. do you use an alternative for the keta?... also I know you should only use nizo like 1 or 2 times a week..

So what other shampoos do you use to promote growth/ help with hair loss.. Preferably available on amazon..

Any suggestions would be great.


Also: do you take biotin supplements?
