Need help with regimen

Currently taking 1.25mg proscar daily, 5% rogaine cream 2x's daily, nizoral shampoo 3x's a week and just ordered and received tricomin shampoo,conditoner & scalp treatment and needed advice on how to add this into my current regimen as I'm already taking 2 different topicals 1 twice a day in rogaine. Also needed to know to get the full effects of tricomin do I need to use the shampoo & conditoner or just the scalp therapy? I guess my main concern is am I able to use the rogaine and then the tricomin spray right afterwards or vice versa?? Please advise

From experience using a topical only regime, I personally apply Rogaine first. I prefer to allow a few hours after Rogaine application before following up with another topical, but some guys are doing OK without waiting this long, but at least wait 30 min, absolute minimum.

Ok so is that just a rule of thumb to wait at least 30 minutes or a proven technique? And how about the shamp+cond, do I need to use them also to experience the best results with tricomin or just the topical spray??

I am using the 2in1 Shampoo and the therapy spray. The spry I just put on throughout the day whenever I remember. I don't use minoxidil though.
