I'm using minoxidil 5% in mornings and 15% at night time before bed. I'm currently using generic Nano shampoo at night time and Pantene Shampoo+Conditioner in the mornings. Should I be washing my hair twice a day? Is this the right thing to do on my regimen?

I think thats okay. Just try to leave the minoxidil in for 12 hours like before you go to bed. I don't take it in the morning.

Washing your hair more reguarly does not increase hair loss. You need not use your AC revitalise conditioner and Folligen spray because they both have the same active ingredient (copper peptides).

I am using the Folligen spray nightly but I try to only use the AC Revitalise Conditioner every other night to minimize fallout. I notice when I use the Conditioner, it looks like more of my hair ends up in my hands. Is there any other benefits of using AC Revitalise Conditioner, or can I just use the Folligen spay? Maybe use the Conditioner every 3 days or so???

Why not try using AC revitalise conditioner and spray? The two are designed to complement each other. Did you know such a spray exists? Why are you using two different branded items to get the same active ingredient (copper peptides)? You can get the AC revitalise shampoo, conditioner and spray in a value pack. Would seem to make more sense to me.

The main reason is that I'm noticing more fallout on AC's conditioner. Although it smells and feels great, i notice more hair falling out when using the conditioner.

These are just hairs that would fall out anyway. The moisturising properties of the conditioner cause surface tension between your hair and your hands and therefore a greater chance of you pulling already telogenic hairs out. But as they are in telogen phase anyway, they would fall out on their own anyway.

That makes alot of sense. Thanks! I'll continue with this regimen and see where it takes me in the next year or so.
