Need help with my regimen

Hello everyone,

I'm 21 years old, and i've been losing my hair since i was 16. My hairline is stable at Norwood 2.5 but it is diffuse thinning in the Norwood 6 area. My hair is already getting very thin especially at the front.

I've been using revita shampoo almost daily for the past 2.5 years, and that has managed to slow my hairloss down quite a bit. However, if i don't do anything soon, there will not be enough hair left that is worth saving. My goal is stopping my hairloss, and i'd like my hair to thicken up a bit. I'm not looking for regrowth at the temples, I don't care about that.

I've already tried finasteride about a year ago, but I stopped after a few weeks because i was constantly freaking out about the potential side effects. I think i also had some gyno while i was on it, but i'm not sure about that. I've had mild gyno since puberty so it's difficult to tell. I did have breast pain though.

So what i'd like to know is what hairloss products should i use to stop my hair loss, and thicken it up a bit. I'd like to avoid finasteride for the above mentioned reasons if possible, but i'm willing to give it another try if there is really no other option.

I was thinking about using Xandrox 15 Plus(15% minoxidil, Azeliac Acid, topical finasteride) and 5% Spironolactone cream.

How likely is it that those products, and the Revita, will have the desired results?
Is the Spironolactone easy to apply? Is it doable to apply it to my entire scalp?

Any other suggestions are also welcome.
Thanks

Why don't you start off with just some basic 5% minoxidil? Hold off on the exotic minoxidil blends until you can get a 5% regimen under your belt.

I'd also start using some Ketoconazole shampoo, for sure. I hear that Nizoral is having production problems and is hard to find, but you can find other brands of Ketoconazole shampoos out on the net.

Finding a good hairloss regimen is not about throwing the kitchen sink at the problem. It's about finding the solution that you respond to, and then being disciplined and patient in applying it.
