20, and male pattern baldness can come into the picture that fast? that seemed extremely fast to the point i didn’t notice it till someone mentioned it

Yes. I had the same situation at eighteen... During 2018, I had lost a significant amount of density due to an eating disorder which happens to have sped up the process. If I look at my family history of balding, it was inevitable but I didn’t expect it to happen so severely at such a young age. I am nineteen now, and I started using medications just before I turned nineteen.

Your regimen is too weak, those supplements won't save your hair. You should start taking medication - finasteride and maybe add minoxidil.
