well my primary care doctor doesnt know if im experiencing pattern balding or not and refuses to forward me to a dermatologist so i could really use some help identifying this. a little bit of history to start: im definitely no stranger to Telogen Effluvium and if it turned into a chronic thing and this is the result im not really surprised. the dr said the only thing wrong was low vitamin D on blood work. hair all over scalp is quite thin and wispy and after 4 months of vitamin D seems to be making no improvement.
picture is top view. There is no history of pattern balding in any part of either side of my family but one or two cases of alopecia universalis.

edit: added front and sides

Vitamin D alone will not correct the levels. You need calcium and vitamin K as well. All 3 work together. You should try taking cod liver oil and eating more vegetables that have vitamin K and calcium.

Have you considered vitamin C? If you do not eat fruit or get enough vitamin C, mild scurvy can happen and lead to hair loss.

Have a NW4A diffuse, and it's aggressive.

I would ditch the long hair. Starting to look like you're growing a skullet.

Would rather have had the beginnings of alopecia universalis tbh. At least then I wouldn't have to bother shaving.

How old are you? Also you should consider paying for a private dermatologist if your doctor won't refer you to one.
