Need Guidance

I'm 26, and continuing to shed. Not sure why these medications are not stopping the hair loss in it's tracks. As of recently I have started to apply rogaine snd Foltene in the frontal areas. I would appreciate any good advice anyone has. Thanks

Products I have been using the past 2 yrs.
1. Propecia
2. Rogaine

As of last week I have added
1. Foltene
2. T/Gel (Mainly for itch)
3. Hair,Skin, Nail Vitamins
