i am 25 years old, and about 4 or 5 years ago i started to lose hair. at first i didnt think much of it becasue none of my family member had ever gone bald an early age.. all my uncles even my father started thining at the age round 50.. currently ive been extremly stressing about my hairloss becasue at times ive been mocked by friends saying im balding, .. im a casual drinker, who smokes maybe a pack a week. and i have not taken any medications at this moment, but does anyone here give any suggestions to why im thining ?? or suggest any medications to grow back my hair???

You're thinning because you're genetically predisposed to it. Use the males on both sides of the family as a guide, not the absolute truth.

Propecia to keep, Minoxidil to grow, and use a good anti-dandruff shampoo like Nizoral and/or T/Gel or T/Sal to keep your scalp healthy.

There are no certainties.

Maybe the hair loss on both sides of the family combined to make it worse and earlier for you. Nobody really knows how the gene works, or else they'd have a lock on a potential cure.

You may just be the first one in your family to start thinning early on. Your kids and grandkids may have the same baldinf pattern as you. Or they may have full heads of hair until they die.

I'd love to tell you that you have something unrelated to male pattern baldness, but the chances of that are very very slim.
