Dear all,
I took Finasteride for around 2.5 months. In the last few weeks I noticed large amounts of shedding to the extent that my hair is now noticeably thinner. I continued going as I had heard this is positive but then stopped due to tiredness.
My hair was incredibly thick, and I took Finasteride more as a preventative measure. I am an NW1, or even - if there was such a number an NW0.
Since I have stopped taking Finasteride will the hair that shed due to the drug regrow? If not, would it benefit me to continue the drug until my hair thickens up, and then stop? Or have I just thinned my hair out for no reason?
