Yes the transplanted hairs do look real because they are your real hair growing! If its done by a good surgeon it is undetectable! Check out my pictures ive had two procedures done now and you would never know!

You may refer to the term as an "optical illusion of coverage" and yes I agree that transplanted hair can look very natural to the naked eye IF done by a competent, talented surgeon like the one you had. I had three seperate procedures and you would never know that I had it done. Obviously I have a thin strip scar in my donor area but I never intend to buzz my head, so that does not bother me at all.

And yeah brother, your hair looks awesome! I've seen your pics. :wink:
