actually come to think of it is there any sides with NANO Shampoo or Prox-N?

I don't recall ever hearing anybody claim side-effects from Prox-N, although it's always a theoretical possibility for just about ANYTHING that you can imagine. Similarly, Dr. Proctor claims that some people can get a little itchiness or irritation from using too much NANO Shampoo (he says he has that problem, himself), but neither can I recall anyone else complaining about it.

So no sides, or no shedding, with the Nano shampoo reported?

Also, how often should you use it? I'm going to be using a couple other shampoos, including Nizoral (switching to Revita when it comes out), so would I just use this at the same time or what? And would I want to get the shampoo or the conditioner in that case?

The bottle indicates that Nano should be used 3-6 a week / 1-2 min.

I use it 5 times a week / 5 min., and Nizoral 2 times a week / 5 min.

I don’t think so.

I Don’t know why they suggest 3-6 days instead of 3-7.

It’s not like Nizoral, that could be irritating for some people if used every day.
