What's up fellas,

I wanted to give you a brief glimpse into my weird Hairloss journey. I am 30 and have had no problems with Hairloss until last summer 2015. I noticed I was feeling the sun on my crown for the first time in my life.

I began shedding rapidly this past fall and winter. Losing clumps of hair in the drain, comb, and follicles on my desk daily. I do have Graves' Disease (hyperthyroidism) but to be fair have had it for years and I do shed when my levels are off. But this time around was different. My levels have been off and on but I kept shedding.

Desperate, last month I took RX'd Finasteride after a bad shed in the shower that morning. Within hours my balls had a mild ache, I peed a lot for days and had dry mouth. This continued for about a week and then my chest started feeling sore and I just stopped. b**ch tits are something I don't gamble with. The frequent urination went away but the dry mouth and ball pain have stayed with me this past month. Worried, I got my Testosterone ran along with my routine testing of my TSH. My TSH was 50.2 (0.40-4.50) and my Testosterone serum was 118 ng/dl (330-1170)! Bro, I have less T than a chick. I'm still popping wood like I'm 14 but feel lethargic. So, what caused it? I believe the finasteride as I never had symptoms before. My Testosterone on 1/15/15 was 873 ng/dl (300-1170). Either way, looks like I don't need finasteride anymore as my Endo said my DHT naturally is already suppressed now. I don't know what's going on or what I'm going to do. I stopped shedding this past 2 weeks until I used 2% Keto which always causes me to shed (done with that sh*t) for like a week after.

They want me to come back in 3 months and test me again along with an ultrasound on my testicles. I'm not happy but it is what it is. It's been 3.5 weeks since I took finasteride. I'm not anti-finasteride but some people it will wreck. As for me, I'm not letting that get me down. I'll post up results on shedding with relation to my new girl level T the next few weeks.

Here's my hair wet out of the shower under bright light. I just cut it super short (2 clip fade). Being able to see through to my scalp even when wet for me is pretty bad as I'm used to thick mop hair. Last pic was last month 5/26/16 before haircut. It's wild and fro-ing. image.jpegimage.jpeg

Hi I don’t know how this worked out for you but t levels fluctuate dramatically, and also the test can be wrong. Also you can lose hair on low t and DHT - what matters is your sensitivity to the androgens.
