Hi,

I thought I'd share with you, my daily supplement regimen. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.

- 1x daily One-A-Day brand Men's Health vitamin & mineral supplement

- 1x daily 50mg Zinc

- 1x daily 500mg Garlic

- 1x daily 450mg Soya Lecithin

- 1x daily 500mg MSM

- 1x daily CosaminDS brand Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement

- 1x daily 20mg Hyaluronic Acid

- 1x daily Juice Plus brand Orchard blend whole fruit supplement

- 1x daily Juice Plus brand Garden Blend whole vegetable supplement

... :D ...

I like my regimen so far... I take the CosaminDS, MSM, & Hyaluronic acid mostly for joint support.

Any suggestions and/or comments?

Thanks!

Your looks cool. What's the garlic supposed to do again? Something to do w/ the blood flow?

Here's mine:

Beginning May, 2004:
~ Biotin, B-complex, calc/magn/zinc, E, Ginko, L-arginine, L-lysine

~ 10/19/04, added MSM, Inositol, Saw palmetto, Beta-Sitosterol, C, Flaxseed Oil,
~ 03/01/05, added Choline, Fish Oil, Fo-Ti, Grape Seed Extract,
~ 03/01/05, dropped Saw Palmetto
~ 04/29/05, increased MSM dosage from 2000mg to 3000mg daily
~ 05/01/05, dropped Beta-Sitosterol
~ 05/13/05, added Green Tea Supplements, 250 mg daily

Every now and then I go through a bottle of MultiVitamins + Minerals too. I think I'll keep this up for awhile and then maybe just go back to Rite-Aid's "Central-Vite" - basically their version of Centrum Multis.

Cool regimen you have also.

I'm not going to pick up on the Saw Palmetto though.

Garlic is good for your heart, circulation, and respiratory system as far as I'm aware.
