My own opinion-blood flow

Take everything else out of the equation- only here to talk about blood going to your hair

well let me first ask u guys some questions-
have you got breathing problems?
how bout headaches or migraines?

Ive recently found out about myself,
that when breathing right i can feel the blood going back to where it was supposed to be, and - surprise surprise- these are EX actly - the spots on which blading men gets bald (temples and crown mostly followed by the top of the head.

I had headaches, which occurred 20-30 mins after applying minoxidil, turned out I overdosed. I toweled off and it reduced it. You're saying that breathing can control hair loss?

yea i know it may sound dumb,
but there is real logic behind this,
and also --- certain facial expressions - makes certain muscles relax and more air flow in your sinuses (and in general, yes)

but i agree
its a stupid saying,
dont try it,
in fact dont try nothing,
sit at home in front a computer all day long and wonder how you cure baldness.
the best thing you can do.
really really best.

Yes but breathing is something that you do all the time anyway, so why not practice it a little bit to see if it really helps or not

You know how you sometimes have to press really hard and you can literally feel the blood rushing to your head, maybe your head even becoming red from all the pressing? You should practice that, it will definitely help blood flow! Just to see if it really helps or not.

According to your theory, pooping hard helps against hair loss. Awesome!

you are just at this 'close minded' state right now.. so you cant really understand this maybe ...

see what i wrote -
i didnt said that breathing is either 'regular' or 'natural'.
i said its - 'something you do all the time anyway' -
'taking a dump' - is not .

this is one thing that you can say ONLY about breathing.
you breathe when you sleep,
you breathe when you eat,
you breathe as you talk,
and you breathe as you take a **** as well

you breathe - ALL THE TIME ...
so if you do it - all the time ANYWAY --- thab why not trying to improve your techniques ?
breathe slower, breathe faster,
breathe deeper,
breathe from the nose, exhale from the mouth
train to breathe faster, still deep and not shallow breathes - while running,
breathe deeper, slower breathes while resting ,

etc etc

its just a continues circle, you cant stop that ..
maybe start by doing some sports and cardio excersises.... meditate a lot as well...
you dont even have to 'study', or 'learn' it from someone else - otgher than youurself

You said its blood flow that matters. Pooping increases blood flow.

By the way, why don't you do regular handstands?
