Been on finasteride for a grand-old-deaner-time of 5 days now. And I've noticed my head is itching/tingling like crazy, and my dandruff seems to have gotten worse in the last few days. nizoral had finally stopped my itching, and now it's back. Is this a normal thing?
Also, when I run my hand through my hair, (all over) I can feel shorter hairs about 1/8 to 1/4 inch, I once thought this made me a diffuse thinner as it's more prominant in my front temples, but now.. is this normal? Or, perhaps a mixture of both?
If one has a thyroid problem, what are the symptoms other than hair loss? I have noticed HUGE hormone spurts in the past months. Yes, before starting finasteride. I've also noticed odd hair growth, I had a ear hair 1 inch long.. [/TMI]
