So I’ve slowly been adding in new things over the last 2 weeks and it’s kind of a no holds barred natural approach .
I knew dutasteride worked for me I. The past and I almost chose for that however I want to keep my sex drive
All compounds in using have hair regrowth studies behind them but man this is getting expensive I hope it works
Internals
Italian apple polyphenols 1000 mg per day
Freeze dried blueberry powder TBSP plus per day
Wheat germ (Spermidine) (growth study)2 TBSP plus per day
Acemannan aloe caps (fibrosis) 10 caps per day
Tocotrienols 600 mg part day ( growth study)
Cistanche extract ( growth study with laminaria)
Laminaria (as fucoidan ) 400 mg per day
Black currant oil 3 grams per day
Black currant extract powder (growth study)TBSP plus per day
Lef soy extract 250 mg isoflavones per day high dose!
liposomal vitamin C and Glutathione ( supportive)
2 TBSP of each per day
Watercress powder 2 TBSP per day
Lycopene 50 mg per day
Lost empire shisandra powder tsp per day
KoreN red ginseng 2 gram per day( growth study )

Topicals
Minoxidil with piperine added for anti androgen on crown and left temple
Experimental topical on right temple by life sciences twice per day
Just ordered the 101 herbal formula as well per the great results with alopecia ar eat a
Derma pen once per week

I’m open to any input here on how I can tweak the regimen further
I bought a grow comb but haven’t really used yet
I will post before pics if anyone is interested
I have pretty extensive loss for over 15 years with steady small decline over last few years

Way too many things / dose and half of them near useless or detrimental. Your body is not gonna like all that burden, its very unbalanced.

Grow comb - what a splendid device! You need more bludflow!

A list of mostly natural things that I found combing through pubmed studies. All these ingredients were actually tested on human scalps or hair follicles. They all proved to offer some result in studies.

cetirizine, procyanidin b2, sandalore

(CNPDA) = caffeine, niacinamide, panthenol, dimethicone, and an acrylate polymer

Red ginseng extract, 7-Phloroeckol, pumpkin seed oil, copper peptides, rosemary oil, S. repens extract, melatonin, Methyl vanillate (MV), Annurca apple, capsaicin, Raspberry ketone, pea sprout, octyl nicotinate and tetradecyl nicotinate, Sophora flavescens Aiton extract, Adenosine, Valproic acid (VPA), beta-sitosterol, Curcuma aeruginosa

Don’t know how much of this stuff is natural. A simple google search would help you find the studies.

I believe cetirizine, CNPDA, copper peptides, Adenosine, melatonin might be promising. Who knows about sandalore

You hear a lot of things about pumpkin seed oil, rosemary oil, and saw palmetto. If only a few things in this list could each make a 2 - 5% difference in hair growth.

I really like the 101 G herbal topical
Really increases blood flow to scalp
I use twice a day with Saran Wrap to add absorption
One problem I had with capsaicin topicals is it would get on your hands and anywhere you touch your skin it would start burning there as well this limits the burn just to the scalp it seems
Has a lot of well researched herbs for hairloss in the formula
