Hello, first sorry for my bad English, I have 23 years old, I read a lot but I don't find nobody with something like this.
I had drug induced telogen effluvium (due to IVIG infusions), my telogen effluvium was simple: 1 IVIG = 3 months of hair loss, after that, hair regrowth and all okey.
But this time was different, my last IVIG was 7 months ago, in my 3 month my hair loss stopped but ONE DAY my hair started to itch like crazy and my hair loss re-start again.
(NOTE: No bald in my family.)
After that day (5 months ago), my hair loss can't stop, some weeks my hair loss stop but then another day my scalp itch and shedding again.
Im using jojoba oil shampoo because it help me to calm down the itch, but the real problem is my hair doesn't regrowth, in this 5 months my hair regrowth only smalls hairs, but I don't know If it is real because im shedding very shorts hairs and I think these hairs are my "regrowth hair".
Can you help me please? I don't know what to do (and dermatologist.. okey, better no comment), I think telogen effluvium causes inflammation but I don't know how to repair it and stop my shedding.
