Hey guys,

I have been on Finastride for 1 year and 3 months now. I feel it has stablized my hair loss.

I've been using Minoxidil for 2 years now.

Only from today I am starting to incorporate dermarolling 2 or 3x a week and then applying the Minoxidil directly after in order to try to get some movement.

I am 35 at the end of Jan. I don't want to do a hair transplant and cannot afford it either.

What are my options?

I have taken pictures in a lighting that shows it looking quite bad and then I turned the light off also to show it in dimmer setting.

At the moment I'm having to use hair fibres to cover this up everyday when I go to work or go out. When I cut my hair short like I have done now, I've noticed it is always visible. When my hair is a bit longer I can hide it with a sweep over even without any hair fibres.

Very sad and want to know what I can do here

You are in better shape than most. Stick to the dermarolling and minoxidil and the temples might thicken in time. Or they may not, and you may have to choose to go the spironolactone route.

Your hairline is way better than mine and yours is naturally low. At 35, that's a huge success imho.
My hair is overall thicker, especially in the front/middle, but you got a straight hairline as far as I can tell and that is the thing I am most envious of. Cause you are very easily fill that in with Toppik which is what I would do if I were you. All you need to have is some hair to make it stick which you absolutely do. You will look even more like a Norwood 1. Try it. It's not a natural solution but it will look great, I'm sure.
