And its my fault, 100%.

One year ago I was using a regimen like this...

Nizoral (once or twice a week)
T/SAL (for salicylic acid- once or twice a week)
5% Minoxidil (about 10 times a week)
Finasteride 1.25mg (every day)
Copper Peptides (3 or 4 times a week)

Sounds complicated but it was easy.

Now...

5% Minoxidil (5 or 6 times a week)
Finasteride (maybe 3 times a week)

I have totally slacked off. I realized that today and its no longer the light, its the way it is. So I am back on the treatments... I ordered tricomin and 2 % nizoral today to ramp things up again to go back to a solid regimen that is consistent.

Also, my finasteride should be about to run out. I should need to make a appointment for my doctor for a refill but I have enough to last until February or maybe even March. Thats ridiculous of me to slack off that much.

So the one cool thing out of this...when I realized things were going to shi-t I didn't freak out. I didn't have that sick feeling of dread in my stomach like days of old. I was cool with it but disappointed where my hair was.

So hopefully it works... if not...Fuk it. Time for clippers. Now I hope I don't have to do that, but if I do....yeah oh well.

So you were probably getting ok results, were maintaining and slacked off right? You know, right now I am in a similar position you were a year ago, I'm using the big 3 together with copper peptides and I am maintaining very well. I've been wondering if I should lower my minoxidil applications. And my copper peptide applications. Even my finasteride dose. But thanks for posting this, because I will not do it now and stick with the regimen.

Yeah.

My hair loss stopped very quick with treatments, thickened up a lot and regrow some.

But I will probably bounce back with no problems at all. My body has always responded very well to any medicines I have used.

your right you probably will bounce back if you get more discaplined,at least it is not a case of like many on here ,doing everything possible to maintain hair and starting to lose it,at least you have a good idea what the cause is,good luck with getting it back to it's former glory

I did the same thing man. I've realised it's slowly getting worse, too. I'm worse though, I was using dutasteride once a week (thereabouts) simply because it was so much easier than taking finasteride every day, and it also seemed to give me less sides.

But yeah i know what you mean - it's nice to know that you've grown up so much.
A year ago I would have never forgotten an application or pill, i would be worrying far too much for that, doing everything I could to save my hair. These days i realise i've forgotten to apply my topical when im in bed, and I can't even be bothered getting out to put it on my head!

You're so lucky to have finasteride actually do something for you... good going.
