My dog just died a few hours ago

He's been my companion for half of my life. Wish it could've been me instead of him. At least his life wasn't pointless.

Sorry for your loss. It's a very hard thing to go through.

On the other hand, don't look so poorly on yourself. I'm sure you have low self esteem, but you must overcome that. If you don't respect yourself, then no one will either. Start a new page in your life. Develop a new persona and walk around confident. Others will take notice.
