My derm said to use minoxidil once a day...should i use it 2 ??

I started on minoxidil about 7 months ago and my derm said to use it once a day with only 4 sprays two in the front and two in the back

Now i heard it works better if used twice so i did, and i apply about 6 sprays 2 in front 2 in middle and 2 in back ..... is this a bad thing

like will i absorb too much of the medicine using this many sprays 2 times a day ????

My opinion... use it twice a day. That's the dosing that was used in clinical trials which showed statistically significant improvement for a majority of users.

Dr Lee says, once a day for maintenance, twice for regrowth.

Agreed, if you want serious regrowth then 2 times. I'm using it once per day right now and have successfully maintained for the last year, if not increased hair density since the switch.
