My balls hurt after only 2 days with finasteride?

Hey Guys.

I hope some of you could give me a good advice on this.

It just started taking Propecia (fincar) for 3 days ago. Already at day 2 my balls started to hurt (ball ache?), but it come and goes still on day 3. I have searched for similar problems, but the response is a bit unclear.

What is you advice on this? should I stop, or just give it more days and wait for it to get over? The pain is not that big, but you guys know how it feels like, just the feeling that something is happen to you balls is a bit frightening.

You're imagining things. Stop obsessing and worrying about overblown balony side-effects.

Well, I'm actually calm in general about this drug, and I'm sure the low libido in many cases is the cause of psychological fear of the drug. But this is very real, and I not the only one it seems.

Ball ache is probably the most common side effect of the drug. Its the only one I've ever had, and it was early in my usage. Id wait it out unless its excruciating. Give it a week or two, I'd say it will pass.

It is the most common side the slight ball ache, you can decrease the dosage by cutting the bill in half and taking that every day half a pill so you get .50 mg, a lot of people say it helped reduce the sides for them and it was just as effective and helped them save money so instead of having only a 30 day supply they had a 60 day supply, but don't cut all your pills, just cut them for the week and finish them and repeat store them in a container so they don't get wet.

Also dont let your girlfriend touch the broken pills especially if you guys are trying to have a baby.

I think you will still be able to have kids, there are guys who take it and have had kids, just don't let your woman touch any pills while pregnant to be extra careful. If you were wife is pregnant best thing to do is just take the pills unbroken every other day, for the 9 months she is pregnant or so, instead of cutting them. If you have the money and can afford it that is, most guys cant afford the propecia so they buy proscar and cut it in 4 sections.

Did you get a prescription online or by a doctor or do you just buy the generic stuff online and have it shipped to you without a script?

I take 1mg fincar every morning which I have bought from Generic4all. I guess it must be without a prescription, but the website should be 100% legit.

Fincar should be as good a propecia, right?

If you live in the states I would just buy a script online from medicalwellnesscenter and have them mail you the prescription after you fill out the medical history application so you can just buy generic proscar or propecia at the walmart, or walgreens or costc or wherever your pharmacy is that has the best price medicalwellnesscenter will even directly send a script to a pharmacy so you can pick up your pills there if you rather have that than the mailed script. I am not sure about ordering online, I never have only brought my script to a place like costco and got generic proscar, but I will probably just spend the extra and get the merck propecia this time.

I live in Europe, and with the prices in my country I have to order online. I guess it doesn't matter if you take Propecia, Proscar, Fincar or if they generic or not. Thanks for the advice though, it would be much more easier if I could buy them without ordering online, but hey, that's the conditions. Propecia are expensive as hell, especially in my country.
