Just started taking this stuff and I have to say its the best tasting stuff I've ever had and I've tried many. I bought the banana flavor and its actually enjoyable as a drink if you use milk and a real banana. It comes in like 30 flavors and includes a Bovine Colostrum extract. Someone should do some research on whats in this protein powder as it looks promising.

I've tried Muscle Milk right before my lifting and it works great. Fat (EFA fat) is an awesome energy source.

You can also take it for any other meal of the day. I just wouldn't do it before going to sleep or right when waking up.

You may also want to try a cortisol blocker as cortisol can put that weight in the midsection.

Also if you're not seeing any gains be sure you mix up your exercises each time you train a body part. If you don't add weight then you need to really switch up the routine to stimulate the muscles to grow. Try double setting, lower rest, getting a workout partner, static reps, light/heavy alternating sets. Be creative to shock the muscle.
