According to the dermatologist I visited today.
Although she was a nice girl she just didn't seem to understand that my hairloss has been extensive (although not visibly) as I am shedding like a hair-salons floor.
I have curtains that kind of hide my hairline an although the hairline isn't too bad (behind the hairline seems pretty nasty) the checkout was not thourough at all and she says I have no sign of male pattern baldness, no scalp biopsy was done at all. I reminded her I was waking up to finding around 15/20 hairs on my pilow everyday... and then when I showered (2-3 times a week) when I ran my hand through my hair the front and back of my hands would be covered in hair
I've noticed DEFINATE thinning all over (which she can't verify as she did'nt see my hair 5-6 months ago which was quite thick but short back then)
and she didn't seem to take my comments about my temporal hairloss. I mean surely I am only aiding her diagnosis when I tell her what I have experienced.
So she told me to use nizoral for dandruff (which I already have been doing for the past 6 weeks) and fine comb my hair.
Are there any qualified dermatologists that could give me perhaps a more thourough check (in N.Ireland/Belfast!?)

With regards to MSM
Say I had androgenetic alopecia for example (male pattern baldness) would taking msm speed up the THINNING process associated with hair regrowth by the attacked folice? Ideally say I started to take finasteride 1mg shouldn't I wait for say 4-8 weeks before taking msm?
Diet wise I am perfectly sound as my main intake of food tends to evolve around whole grains, fish, fruit, and vegtables. I am almost positive that hairloss is dietry related (can argue the receptors of DHT sensitivity issue but I think diet starts the ball rolling) which triggers the hormonal changes.
But say I took finasteride for 2 years regrew and then maintained to 95% satisfaction, would stopping the treatment and continueing on with healthy food and lifestyle choices enhance hair strength, thickness, and longevity?
So many questions but I do not know who to direct them too, I've seen a few guys post that seem a fountain of knowledge with regards to this dreaded subject and wouldn't mind some input.
hair loss I consider the body tellin person to buckle up and change your ways.
What do you think?
Sorry for the ramble this subject is interesting!
Take care all,
