Your hair loss is very advanced. The products you are currently using are useless. You need to be using a 5ar inhibitor (finasteride or dutasteride) if you want to give yourself a realistic chance of preventing further loss and possibly getting some regrowth. Unfortunately you have probably left it too late to be able to regrow enough hair back on a 5ar inhibitor to get anywhere close to something like a NW2.

I recommend you get on dutasteride (basically a more powerful version of finasteride), and also perhaps look into getting a hair transplant whilst also continuing to use dutasteride.

To be fair this drug scare me, I am reading a lot of topic on this forum with people getting some pretty bad side effects while taking both fina or dura.

transplant could help, yet again if i don't take pill after transplant it will continue to progress and transplant effect will probably not last long...

I think am fucked .

Stop reading scaremongering stories, your chances of experiencing sides other than slightly lower libido never mind PFS is very low. I personally i have slightly lower libido on dutasteride but it's not bad enough to stop taking it and is quite manageable.
